  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@signatureshowroom.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. 

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned for various reasons:

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for both parties.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
